*It is an estimated cost only and the charge is subject to actual cost which may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like fluctuation of currency and increase or decrease of tariffs, procedures and works.

Terms & Conditions:

By using this webpage and availing of our (“Accolade”) services, you (the “Client”) agree to the terms and conditions set forth below:

Our trademark services shall be limited to the drafting and preparation of documents for trademark registration and the filing thereof. Our services shall not include the filing of oppositions, response to office actions, post-registration matters, and any filings outside of the regular course of trademark application for registration, for which a separate invoice shall be issued.
The service fees above shall not include local charges payable to local agents or governments or third parties, as applicable for certain jurisdictions. Accolade shall advise the client of such fees prior to issuing a separate invoice to the client.
Our services include three (3) complimentary preliminary reports on the registrability of the proposed mark. A search on one proposed mark for one class shall count as one preliminary report. The Client acknowledges that the Preliminary Report is for Client’s reference only and may not be deemed conclusive or relied upon by the Client when making a business decision. Furthermore, the views and opinions expressed in the Preliminary Report may not be consistent with those of the official examiners in the respective local trademark office(s) or authority.
Accolade shall be the exclusive agent authorized by the Client to apply for Registration within the jurisdictions selected herein.
Accolade shall rely on the information and data provided by the for the duration of Accolade’s engagement. In this connection, the Client grants Accolade and its agents the exclusive right to use the information and materials it provided to Accolade for the sole purpose of the latter’s fulfillment of its obligations as the Client’s trademark agent.
Accolade will only be liable for gross negligence and malice in performing the trademark services; provided, that the liability of Accolade to the Client under (or in connection with) such engagement, whether arising from breach or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of the service fee actually paid and received from the Client.
Accolade makes no guarantee of the outcome of the registration nor on the efficacy of its trademark services.

Refund Policy:

The service fee and all applicable expenses or charges and additional fees already paid to Accolade hereunder are non-refundable. In the event that the engagement is terminated before the completion and delivery of the expected work output, for any reason, the Client shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fees paid.
